In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats
I’ve currently got some photographs on display at FACT in Liverpool as part of their In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats exhibition. The show features a completely immersive VR experience by artist Darren Emerson (not the Underworld one) and it’s a multi sensory journey to an illegal rave in Coventry in 1989. I’ve not tried it myself yet but the reactions to the 50 minute adventure were pretty amazing and if you want to try it out, you need to book. However, there’s also a rave exhibition in the foyer and cafe (free of charge) and that includes an ext exhibition of old school flyers alongside photographs by myself and some classics from Tony Davis. On until May 15th as part of their Eurovision programme.
